Canadian/10-Card Doubles is similar to regular doubles and is played as follows:
1. All four players draw to determine the starting dealer with low card the starting dealer.
2. The player to the dealers' right cuts the card after the dealer complete his shuffle.
3. The dealer deals the opponent player to their left and themselves 10 cards each.
4. These two players determine the four cards they will hold, the four cards they pass to their partner, and the 2 cards to discard to the crib.
5. The player to the dealer's left cuts the cards for the starter card.
6. Play follows standard doubles play
7. The deal for each subsequent hand rotates to the left.
